Josh Dolph

Sports Performance Director

Josh is a former college football player who graduated from Briar Cliff University with a degree in Kinesiology & Human Performance and has coaching experience at the Division 1 level. Throughout Josh’s career, he has worked with the University of Texas Football Strength & Conditioning, UNO Hockey Sports Performance, Morningside College Strength & Conditioning, and Briar Cliff University Strength & Conditioning staff. Josh has been coaching for four years and has worked with many sports, including football, hockey, basketball, baseball, soccer, and wrestling. Josh is currently CSCS certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and holds a USAW L1 Olympic lifting certification.

Favorite workout music?

I’m a big rock guy for my workouts; crank it up and make it loud. 

Most extensive cheat meal/food?

Ice cream, I can’t say no!
