David graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and enjoys his career working with nuclear power plants. His love for fitness began in 2005 after being inspired by The Biggest Loser TV show. After a decade of globo-gym workouts, David was dragged to his first CrossFit class in 2014 by his neighbor. He signed up for the CrossFit Foundations class the next day and has been committed ever since.
