Time to Test Your Skills

Testing Week
• Monday June 23rd to Saturday June 28th
• All Class Sessions Each Day

During every class this week we will be testing everyone on multiple exercises that will provide results, which will show how much progression you have made in the past few months. The multiple level system allows everyone to set goals on moving forward through each level over time. If you would like to learn more about each testing level and see what is to come for the week, grab a Success Journal, which contains all of the information to prepare for testing week.

Free Yoga Trial
• Monday June 16th 2014 @ CFE
• 7:30 P.M.

Yoga for CrossFit Elkhorn :: With Liz Hagestad of One Tree Yoga Omaha
Join us for a complimentary all-levels yoga practice perfect to complement your CrossFit workout!   In this practice we will focus on stretching and lengthening our connective tissues focusing mostly on the shoulders, hips, and hamstrings.  Please bring a yoga mat and an open mind!

Mobility Smash Party
• Friday June 27th 2014 @ CFE
• 6:30 P.M

Come out to CFE for a Friday night smash party, no I didn’t say a party you get smashed at, if that was your first thought you’ll need to host that at your own house. This class will consist of a Mobility WOD/Smash Session. This will be a great opportunity to learn some stretches and other tips to help loosen up and become a more mobile athlete. Not only will you get to work out some kinks during the class but you will also be armed with some mobility exercises that can be done on your own on a regular basis.
