CrossFit classes are 60 minute training sessions and range between 8 and 15 people. Each class is led by a coach and consists of a warm up, practice progressions, workout of the day, and corrective exercise/mobility movements to help members recover and stay safe from day to day. Our classes are full of amazing people of all fitness levels. Each workout can be scaled up or down to meet your current fitness level.
For individuals that have a specific goal or would rather have one on one attention than training in a group setting. Meet with a coach from 1 to 3 hours a week while having access to the gym for additional programming written by your coach.
We have one on one sessions that focus specifically on improving your ability to perform all movements we do in class. You can use this as a starter package to help make you feel more comfortable in the group classes during your first month of CrossFit.
Do It Yourself Training:
This is an option for those who are experienced in their movements and are comfortable with carrying out a workout on their own. This program gives you additional programmed workouts weekly provided by your coach. This can be used in conjunction with our programmed CrossFit classes or on its own.
Weightlifting class is done two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Current members utilize weightlifting to help improve the common weightlifting movements performed in our CrossFit classes. It is recommend to have a couple months of CrossFit experience before joining the weightlifting class.
Open gym is for current members only. Members that have unlimited access can use open gym during none class hours to perform the workout of the day, make up their own workout, practice movements, or just to hang out and have fun!
