Sprint Triathlon

CrossFit Elkhorn is going to be hosting a sprint triathlon event. It’s called a sprint because of the shorter distances completed for each exercise in comparison to a full triathlon. We will be biking, swimming, and running so plan accordingly. Sign up on Zen Planner to get in on the action. This event can be completed as either an individual or with a team.

CrossFit Games

The CrossFit Games are held in Carson, California and will run for a majority of the week. CrossFit Elkhorn will be hosting a viewing party to watch some of the later events that take place on Saturday. After our WOD, hang around to watch the elite compete for the title of fittest on the planet.

What’s Going on at CFE

The Duo @ CrossFit Artis is this weekend. If you are looking for something to do, feel free to come out and cheer on our CFE members that will be competing.

Endurance Seminar is Saturday July 19th and will be lead by CrossFit Endurance certified, Jon Pingel. We’ll be learning valuable tips to help our endurance during the seminar and it will be an opportunity to learn from an athlete who has experienced the regional event of the CrossFit Games. Goal Sheets: Make sure to get your goal sheets and fill them out if you haven’t done so already. This is very important to have as it allows you to see where you currently stand and then provide expectations for you to achieve. Keeping track of where you are, where you’re going, and everything in between will only help you reach your goals.
