Free Intro Session

The intro session is a requirement for all potential students at CFE (except for the Kids Class).

The intro is designed to build a relationship with your new coach, get a tour of the gym, learn about our CrossFit story, and complete CrossFit’s most popular workout… “Baseline.”

The Baseline workout is designed to measure how fit you currently are.

This workout is a time-based chipper with 5 different movements: Rowing, Squats, Sit Ups, Push Ups, and Pull Ups. All movements are scalable to fit your current needs. At the end of the intro session, you will be presented with the membership options allowing you to choose your fitness destiny! Please fill out the form below to sign up.
